THOMAS WAGONER
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Thomas is responsible for the finance and accounting of Middle Street Residential (MSR).

 

Over his career, Thomas has been involved in over $500 million of real estate transactions across numerous asset classes and multiple states. He joined MSR after working for a nationally recognized Multifamily development firm, Wood Partners, in their accounting group managing all finance and accounting for assigned entities. Prior to Wood, Thomas worked for PriceWatehouseCoopers, LLP as a member of their real estate group focused on structure and taxation for REIT’s, private equity, and joint venture engagements.

 

Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Thomas earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Georgia and his masters from the College of Charleston. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia and an active member in the real estate community.
