CHRISTOPHER S. CARSON
LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER

Chris is responsible for managing and overseeing many of MSR's land development projects in both South Carolina and

North Carolina.  This includes ensuring that project engineers, consultants and onsite trades adhere to contract and project specifications and fulfill MSR's commitment of excellence toward client relations.

 

Prior to joining MSR, Chris spent the past 28 years in the Charleston and surrounding markets working within multiple engineering, land development, home building and construction companies.  Chris began his career in the Civil Engineering Department at the City of Charleston and then spent the next several years surveying, drafting and performing engineering inspections for a variety of local engineering firms where he obtained his Survey and AutoCad Certifications.  For the past 18 years, Chris has worked in the field of land development refining his skills with industry-leading home builders, contractors and developers before eventually being recruited to join Middle Street Residential.

 

Chris is a native of Charleston and has a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Trident Technical College.  Chris resides in Charleston with his wife and two college aged children.
