ADAM MONROE
CO-FOUNDER/ MEMBER 

Prior to co-founding MSR, Adam spent three years with Greystar Real Estate Partners, most recently serving as a Corporate Finance Associate, where he reported directly to the firm’s CEO and CFO. In this capacity, Adam was involved in several strategic initiatives including the company’s acquisition of JPI Management Services, the formation of Greystar Equity Partners VII L.P. (an apartment acquisition fund), and the management of Greystar Coinvestment III, a co-investment vehicle comprised of firm capital and affiliates. During his tenure at Greystar, Adam also served as an Investment Associate, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and evaluating acquisitions in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. During this time, Adam was involved in the acquisition of approximately $120mm of apartment communities.

Originally from Columbia, SC, Adam received his BS in Finance from The Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
