OVERVIEW

Consists of 2.23 acres along the marshes of the Stono River on James Island.

Previous agricultural use, very low ground surface elevations, distance from adequate utility mains and presence of historic Live Oak trees on this infill site created challenging design parameters.

Worked with the City of Charleston on the annexation of the property and the approval of less intense development practices, which reduced impervious areas, allowed a more seamless transition into the existing neighborhoods and permitted the preservation of every grand tree on the property.

Site development was completed in 2015 with ongoing sales and construction of high-end custom homes.
