OVERVIEW

Assemblage of 14 land parcels owned by 19 different individuals and heirs totaling 33+/- acres and located on the marshes of the Cooper River.

Linear shape (560 ft wide and over 3,500 ft long), topography (37 ft of elevation difference) and wetlands that bifurcated the site created challenging design parameters.

Two years required to clear titles, annex properties into the City of Charleston and receive approval of Planned Development (PD) guidelines.

Final PD provides for up to 160 single family and townhouse lots, one acre of commercial property, over seven acres of open space and almost a mile of walking trails.

Site development anticipated to begin in late 2016.
