OVERVIEW

Consists of just over one acre in Mt. Pleasant’s Johnnie Dodds Urban Corridor Overlay District.

Previous uses (residential, office and recreational), small size with limited road frontage and preservation of an enormous, centrally located Live Oak tree on this infill site created challenging design parameters.

Working with the Town of Mt. Pleasant and surrounding neighbors to develop a dense, low-impact, residential village with a large central park and pedestrian/bicycle interconnectivity.

Working with Clarke Design Group to create unique, energy efficient houses that appeal to an age and economically diverse audience.

Site development anticipated to begin in the Fall of 2016 with house construction shortly thereafter.
